Blejska kremšnita (aka Bled cream cake!) is a traditional eggy, custardy, creamy, pastry enclosed dessert traditional to Slovenia. I had this one at Lake Bled itself for about 6€ but the 1€ one I got from Spar Supermarket was just as good. Tale as old as time.

Cute wine bar in Slovenia ☺️ did you knowww that Slovenia specializes in orange wine?? The white grapes are macerated with the contact of the grape skin so it turns into a lovely orangey color and is super full-bodied. They also have another wine, I forget the name, but it's made from white and red grapes and is superrrr sour but paired well with the traditional sausage stew 🍷🇸🇮🇸🇮🇸🇮
